KDS Computer Consulting, Inc. personnel will access information about applicant when they are maintaining applicant's account or assisting applicant with an inquiry; or if they are using the information to determine if applicant is eligible for additional services offered by KDS Computer Consulting, Inc.. In certain circumstances, we may need to share certain information regarding applicant with, unaffiliated third parties and reputable credit reporting agencies in order to submit an accurate quote.We do not reveal personally identifiable applicant information with corporate affiliates, affiliated third party lenders or unaffiliated third parties unless (a) applicant requests it, (b) the disclosure is required by law, or (c) we have informed you that we intend to make such a disclosure for marketing or other purposes and applicant has the opportunity to decline or "opt out" before we disclose the information.
